Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after processing.
International Shipping We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all international orders. Estimated delivery time is 12–21 business days after processing, depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by HaloTechX. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that once a package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
